A game with alot of promise for 60 minutes as we got stuck in, had good spells of posession and good chances but Portchester had that extra drive in the last 30 to pull away.

We are caught out on the counter. Willett is slotted through down the right. All he has to do is pass to Clack infront of goal and lay off the ball to Clack for an easy tap in.
Corner for the Dons
Butler plays a lovely ball through to Dixon-Smith, whos cross is cleared by the Portchester defender. The corner comes to nothing, but Hendon have recycled the ball well.

Portchester move forward with some lovely play, and Willett is set through for a 1v1 however he is rulled offside.

Portchester are pinning us back. We have had some fantastic chances to counter but the build up play has been static.
Great play
Butler voleys beautifuly across the middle of the park to Gordon who slots Ada down the right wing. Ada does very well to create some spacse and lets off a lethal strike which hits the side netting.
Stanley equalises.
Just as I was typing that Hendon have a fantastic chance to make it 3-1, Portchester go up and equalise with a low driven strike. Crazy start to the half.

Can't say anything about the buildup play because I was typing that the game has kicked off. Shaban smashes home!!!

After two minutes of added time we go into the break 1 a piece. Tight game with half chances for both teams littered with some strong challenges.
SHABAN
6 YARD SHABAN. He cannot stop scoring! Dixon-Smith robs the Portchester full back and whips in a looped cross into Shaban who leaps like a salmon and heads into the ground beyond the keeper!

Shaban and Lee battle for possestion in the middle of the park. The ball goes forward for a Portchy attack but Lee leaves some 'afters' on Sam and gets booked.

The Dons put it in yet another corner but the ball is cleared away. The Portchy keeper goes down for some light calf stretching. Play continues.

Whilst the attacks havent been dangerous, we are winning corners but not much is coming from them. The latest is taken short and returned to Gordon who's looping back post cross goes straight out of play.
Brant wins a corner!
Dixon-Smith loops a ball down the left wing and Brant battles down the wing to win a corner. Gordon takes the corner and the ref blows for a fowl on the keeper.
Spurway shoots!
Just typing that there hasn't been many chances or significant attacks, however Spurway shows some great skill outside the Dons box. He opens his body up to try and curl the ball into the top right corner however is goes a few metres above.
Hendon attack!
Ada puts in a dangerous cross which is left by Dundas thinking there was someone behind him. The balled is cleared and recycled by the Dons and Cole wins a corner. The corner comes to nothing.
Corner for Portchester
The Dons give away possesion in our half and Portchester push through the left channel. Their cross is cleared by Cole at the back. The corner results in a tame header easily collected by Strizovic
